MEDIA-BASED INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN, CONTENT DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, AND PROGRAMMING

Looking for a nimble instructional solutions provider, tell the team, "I know a guy."

ISD Principles

The ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) is the tried and true standard for creating effective instructional material.

ADDIE is a process, a sequence of steps. Within each step, a collection of guidance and principles that, when employed properly, lead to the successful development of the subject instructional materials.

How that guidance and those principles are brought to bear is a matter of experience And experience is the way you avoid time and budget wasting instructional design conundrums akin to pounding square pegs into round holes.

Project Profile: Glenner GRACE Model

The program is heavy on behavior modeling. Vignettes produced for the program depict both the correct and incorrect application of the GRACE Model allowing viewers the added instructional benefit of being able to compare and contrast the behaviors and outcomes.
